I’m Running In The 7th!

I’m pleased to announce that I’m in the race for the US House of Representatives in the 7th District.

This area closely resembles the old 6th District of which I served as GOP District Chair before the last round of redistricting and the General Assembly gifted it to the Democrats. As the Chairman of the district at the time it was my responsibility to find a suitable candidate to run in the 2020 election but unfortunately I was unable to convince anyone to take on this improbable race.  That is when God tapped me on the shoulder and I felt the calling to step up and run.

If you will remember I picked up the mantle and ran in that heavily Democrat leaning district. There was no way I was going to let the Democrats take that Congressional seat without competition and I felt that the voters deserved a conservative alternative on the ballot. I am known as someone who isn’t afraid of taking on the hard things and I’m proud of the effort my campaign made to try and save it from flipping over to the Democrats. Unfortunately it was so heavily tilted to the left there was no way to save it and the effort came up short.

As you may have heard, North Carolina picked up a 14th Congressional District this year and due to the recent redrawing we now have a very good chance of recapturing this area for the Republican Party as well as helping the country get rid of Nancy Pelosi by taking back Congress. Wouldn’t that be cool?

Of course, the Democrats have already filed lawsuits challenging the legality of the redistricting process but if they are rejected this will be an open conservative district and you may expect multiple candidates to jump into the race. With that being said, I am in it to win and when I do, you can expect me to take my work ethic to Washington and be the best Congressman you have ever seen.

I look forward to seeing you on the campaign trail. Should you wish to know more about me or how you can help our campaign please shoot us an email and we will get right back to you.
Brenda and I also ask for your prayers and support. With you on our team there is no way we can lose.
